Is pricing per user or per workspace?
Each plan has a fixed workspace price and unlimited users. AI credits and connected services such as WhatsApp, calling and payment providers may cost extra. All prices exclude GST; 18% GST applies only to India (INR) prices and is added at checkout.
Which plans include quotations, automation and AI?
Growth AI includes quotations, Razorpay payment links, payment-to-Won automation, stage actions, AI pipeline creation, the sales assistant and Bolna AI. Scale Max also includes Sarvam AI and connected Exotel and Voxbay calling. Provider setup, permissions and credits apply.
Which plan includes API access and webhooks?
API access, API keys, outbound webhooks and TradeIndia integration start on Scale Max. Growth AI includes IndiaMART, Facebook Lead Forms and Google Calendar. Discuss any Enterprise integration requirements with sales.
Is there a free trial?
New workspaces can try the CRM for 7 days without a credit card. After the trial, creating, editing and deleting records requires a paid plan.
Can I switch plans later?
You can change plans from your account’s billing settings. Starter is available with yearly billing only; Growth AI and Scale Max offer monthly, quarterly and yearly billing. Enterprise terms are confirmed with sales.
