  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, renewal, and referral opportunities.
  • Understand customer usage, pain points, and goals to recommend relevant solutions.

Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist

Test and validate SaaS product features, track issues, and work closely with developers to maintain high product quality.
